Who these terms cover
This site is operated by Coastal Technology Group LLC, a Georgia limited liability company based in Midway, Georgia. Using the site means you accept what's on this page. If you don't, please don't use it.
If we have signed an agreement for actual work, that agreement controls. Nothing here changes a statement of work, a proposal you accepted, or a contract we both signed. This page is about the website.
What the site is and isn't
The pages here describe what we do and roughly what it costs. That's marketing, and it's an invitation to have a conversation. It isn't a quote, an offer you can accept to form a contract, or a promise about what your project would cost or how long it would take. Prices and timelines come from talking through your actual situation.
The free redesign
The redesign tool takes a website address you give us and produces a suggested design for it, automatically. A few things you should know before you use it.
- Only submit a site you own or are authorized to act for. Don't put in a competitor's address to see what we'd do with it.
- What comes back is generated automatically and is a concept, not a finished product. It hasn't been reviewed for accessibility, legal compliance, performance, or whether it fits your brand.
- We may not keep the result. Treat the link you get as temporary and save anything you want to hold on to.
- The tool reads the public version of the address you give us so it has something to work from.
It's free and there's no obligation attached. We'd like it to start a conversation, but nothing requires you to have one.
The AI assistant
The chat widget is powered by a language model. It's useful for orienting yourself and getting a quick answer, and like every model of its kind it can be confidently wrong. Don't rely on it for anything that matters without checking with a person first.
It is not legal, financial, security, or other professional advice. Anything it says about scope, price, or timing is an estimate and not a commitment. If you need a real answer, use the contact form and a person will reply.
What you type goes to our model provider to generate a reply, which the privacy policy explains. Please don't paste passwords, keys, customer records, or anything else confidential into it.
Acceptable use
The short rule is don't do anything you'd be embarrassed to explain. More specifically, please don't:
- break into, probe, or overload any part of the site or the systems behind it;
- scrape it in bulk or run automated traffic against the forms or the chat;
- submit someone else's personal information without their say-so;
- use the tools to produce anything unlawful, misleading, or abusive; or
- impersonate somebody, here or in a message you send us.
We can block access if any of that happens, and we don't have to warn you first.
Who owns what
The design, code, words, and branding on this site belong to Coastal Technology Group LLC. You're welcome to read it, share a link to it, and quote a reasonable amount with attribution. Copying it wholesale to build a competing site is not okay.
What you submit stays yours. Sending us a message, a site address, or notes doesn't hand us ownership of anything. You are giving us permission to use what you sent for the narrow purpose of answering you and producing what you asked for. If you send us an idea or a suggestion about our own services, we may act on it without owing you anything for it.
Availability and warranties
We run this site carefully and we'd like it up all the time, but it's provided as it is. We don't promise it will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that the redesign tool and the assistant will produce a particular result. Links to other companies' sites are there for convenience, and what happens on those sites is up to them.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Coastal Technology Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or its free tools, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. This section is about the free website and the free tools on it. It does not limit anything we agreed to in a signed contract for paid work, and it doesn't limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
Georgia law governs these terms, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts serving Liberty County, Georgia. If any part of this page turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top tells you when they last moved. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated version applies.
